Bridgeway Legal Process prides itself on giving our customers some of the lowest cost options to have their papers served.  We understand that small law firms and self-represented litigants may not have the deep pockets when executing their services.  All of our serves are flat rate and include unlimited attempts, serves in certain zip codes maybe more costly. Routine serve - $85.00

Standard Routine Serves are attempted within the first 48hrs and then subsequent attempts are completed every 3 days until completed.  These are for documents that are not time sensitive.  Usually, routines are civil litigation documents such as Summons/Complaints.  

Priority serve - $100.00

Priority Serves are attempted within the first 24hrs and then every 2 days after the first attempt until serve is completed.   This would include time/date sensitive documents such as Subpoenas, Request for Orders, TRO's and other documents where a rush is needed. 

Rush do today - $150.00

Rush Serves are a popular request because often litigants or attorneys need defendants served immediately and cannot wait for slower attempts.  We attempt same day as received and then everyday after until service is complete.
